My first race with it was the half Gravel Tour du Mont-Blanc between Courmayeur and Megève, passing through all the paths used by the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc race. A long and technical race with a lot of portage… And it was simply a joy! Nothing negative, because despite the weight during the portages, I felt like I was hanging on my buttocks on the descents!!
The first thing that impressed me about this saddle was its comfort.
As soon as I sat on it for the first time, I felt a sensation of comfort that immediately put me at ease. The IDEAL saddle is rigid to provide optimal support, but over the kilometers it softens. It adapted to the shape of my body, providing exceptional comfort, even during long rides lasting several hours.

An emotional conclusion…
I really like beautiful products, products that have a story… I also like aesthetics… I am served.
I use this saddle on both my titanium gravel bike and my full carbon endurance bike. So yes, I add weight to my bike. But I would eat one less burger and gain that difference which will allow me to ride longer without burning or chafing. This saddle offers me exceptional comfort.
I will be able to enjoy all my races in 2023 like the Race across Switzerland , Étape du tour, or Gravel tour du Mont Blanc and I know that I will be at the top of my game.
